Coaching may incorporate the RISE Method—Recognize, Investigate, Shift, and Embody—as well as reflection, guided exercises, visualization or guided imagery, journaling, spiritual practices, Scripture, personal-development exercises, and other non-clinical coaching modalities, as appropriate.

Services are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, spiritual development, resilience, goal setting, mindset transformation, and the exploration of beliefs, patterns, habits, and personal experiences.

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy

Coaching services provided through MyriamdelCarmen.com are educational, developmental, and supportive in nature.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MyriamdelCarmen is acting as a coach and educator and not as a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, licensed mental health counselor, physician, attorney, financial adviser, or other licensed healthcare professional.

Coaching does not constitute psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, psychological assessment, diagnosis, medical care, psychiatric treatment, or treatment of a mental-health disorder.

3. Spiritual and Faith-Based Content

5. Medical and Mental-Health Emergencies

This website and its coaching services are not emergency or crisis services.
